Delivery Policy
We offer free shipping across the store for all of Ireland.
Note: The carriers we work with are beyond our control, and delivery times may be subject to change on national holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Exclusions for Canoes and Kayaks: All canoe and kayak deliveries are excluded from our Free Shipping. These items are usually delivered via a private courier or DPD, depending on the size and weight of the item, and are subject to an additional fee. Alternative arrangements may be made depending on the location, but this is strictly at our store's discretion.
We reserve the right to amend these conditions due to unforeseen circumstances or if an item is out of stock and needs to be specially ordered. We will keep you informed of any changes as best as possible.
Items Shipped from Different Locations Some items, such as specific watches, GPS, and climbing gear, are stored off-site. We do our best to ship these products within 2 business days of the order to keep our service as efficient as possible. Where possible, we indicate the estimated delivery time, but if you have any questions about the availability of these products, feel free to contact us via email or phone to check the delivery timeframe.
Items Available for Order (Out of Stock) The inclusion of a product on our website does not guarantee that it is in stock at the time of the order. We strive to remove discontinued or unavailable products from our site as quickly as possible, but situations beyond our control may result in temporarily unavailable items. If we cannot supply an item within 14 days, we will contact you by phone or email to offer alternatives or cancel the order. Ordered items will be shipped automatically when available, at no additional charge.
Our goal is to deliver products within a maximum of 21 days from the receipt of the order. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange for any necessary refunds.
High-Demand Periods During busy periods, such as Black Friday and Christmas, demand may cause minor delays in order fulfillment and delivery times. If you need an item within a specific timeframe, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.
